On with the challenge!
When one thinks of children's books one of the first names to come to mind is Dr. Seuss. With is fun colorful illustrations, rhyming text, and life lessons embedded within his tales he's the PERFECT inspiration for Kiddie Lit! We chose Horton Hears a Who as our book this month, because it's one of our DT's favorites. So let it inspire your next page. You can use a quote from the book (like Julie and I did) or the theme of Empathy like Haggith did. Bright fun colors are a must and rhyming journaling is optional. You may also choose to use dandelions or elephants on your page... or the word WHO. Just have fun with it and tell us WHAT INSPIRED YOU!
Here's some DT inspiration for you!
.....JULIE....
......HAGGITH.....
Post a direct link to your creation here BY SEPTEMBER 30th to be eligible for the prize drawing. Seriously, the pages are getting so good it's too hard to vote on them any more!
Thank to all of you for playing and spreading the word about our little blog!
